My expertise in data analysis, process improvement, and cost control is rooted in over ten years in the manufacturing and logistics sectors. Starting in administration straight out of school, I worked my way into complex projects, where I discovered a curious appreciation for structured data and the stories it could tell. My role as logistics cost controller deepened that passion – data wasn’t just numbers, its analysis was the foundation for planning, budgets, forecasts and decision making.
When my career path shifted just before the rise of tools such as Power BI, my technical curiosity found a new outlet and in the creative world. For the next ten years, I combined engineering precision with artistic vision, using basic C++ for Arduino, and air-compressed controls to automate numerous aspects of my food and beverage photography – down to the perfect splash of liquid in slow motion. In many ways, these two worlds of analytics and creativity were always meant to meet.
A life-changing relocation to Greece gave me the chance to reconnect with data in a new way. Over the past year, I’ve earned the Power BI Data Analyst Associate certification from Microsoft, and expanded my skills in courses covering Data Science, Statistics, Financial Analysis, SQL, and Python – an ongoing journey that continues to blend my analytical background with the curiosity and creativity that define my work.
I actively explore the industry context of each project, valuing the multifaceted nature of diverse sectors. At project initiation, I ensure a thorough understanding of KPIs, terminology, structures, and governing rules, enabling me to align analytical outcomes with business objectives and deliver insights of strategic significance.
I engage with both upstream and downstream stakeholders, recognizing that the origins of data are as critical as its final presentation. By fostering collaboration and clarity, I ensure that solutions address stakeholder requirements comprehensively while maintaining accuracy, transparency, and long-term value.
I combine technical expertise with innovation, ensuring every solution is tailored to its audience. Through research and active stakeholder engagement, I identify and deploy the most effective visualizations for each project, presenting complex data in a manner that is both accessible and strategically impactful.
